Screen Shot 2014-06-24 at 11.13.31 PMChoosing a color palette for your wedding can be fun but it can be overwhelming. There are so many colors to choose from and it’s not always easy to know what colors go best together.

The colors you choose can be incorporated into about every aspect of your ceremony and reception. From the bridesmaids’ dresses to the cake, you can have a variety of colors that complement each other.  You can also use a color palette for your makeup and nails.

If you like the color purple, you probably don’t want everything to be purple. Therefore, it’s a good idea to build your own color palette.

Seasonal colors or holiday colors may fit perfect with your theme. Colors can also create a mood. Do you want something vibrant and bold or something subtler?

There are many tools online that can help you build your own color palette. There are even ones that can take your favorite photo and build a color palette based on the colors in the photo. Just upload it and see what colors it generates.

On the COLOURlovers website you can create your own palette and see ones created by others. The website says it has more than 3,399,812 user created palettes.

At Cre8 Salon and Spa, we love what you can do with colors! There are so many beautiful shades, hues, tones, etc. to make such vibrant colors. We can help you select your palette or help you match your makeup and nails with your own color palette.
